Excellent. Took old paper, paint off, back to walls, sealed and smoothed, lined and painted. New skirting boards. Stripped old paint and restored.

House Renovation

Colin, and his team at KDS Projects, will now, and always, be number 1 on my list for any work I have done in my home and I will be recommending KDS to all my friends and family.

We used to live in a very tired, old, poorly decorated mis-matched house-that-jack-built until Colin and his team transformed it into a wonderful home we can be proud of. We had a whole array of renovation work done including a new kitchen, walls removed, walls built, doors moved, a cupboard turned into a utility room, pipework hidden, new ceilings, fully plastered walls, new electrics and top to bottom redecorating.
 
We could not be happier.
 
We had a good feeling from our first meeting with Colin to discuss our project. His professional and open attitude coupled with the long-lost art of actually listening to your customer was clear. Colin managed the whole project from start to finish and until then I never realised just how much goes into creating a professional looking perfect finish.

The attention to detail and truly highest of standards are what set KDS apart. Nothing was too much trouble. The advice we were given was always well considered and always spot on.

Living Room Refurbishment

Lounge/Dining Room Refurbishment

Colin, Simon and the team have just finished a refurbishment of our lounge/dining room which included new ceilings, lighting, carpet, replacement radiator, painting and wall papering.

During the work they encountered unexpected problems which they were able to resolve to our satisfaction . We are consequently delighted with the end result.

We found Colin’s team to be professional, approachable and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Their attention to detail is second to none. They are tidy, well organised and all in all do a fantastic job.

We are due in 2025 to have the outside of our house painted for the third time by Colin & Simon and look forward to another successful outcome.
